Grandma's Fruitcake

2 ¼ cup self rising flour (add 1 tsp salt & 1 tsp baking powder if AP)**
¼ teaspoon mace
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ pound butter
1 cup sugar
6 eggs
½ cup honey
½ cup molasses
¼ cup apple or orange juice
1 quart nuts
1 ½ pound candied fruit
1 15 oz box raisins
¾ cup coconut

**reserve ½ cup flour for fruit & nuts

1. Sift flour. Add spices and sift again.

2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, honey, & molasses.

3. Add juice, flour, nuts, & fruit.

4. Pour into greased and papered bundt pan. Bake 3 ½ hours at 250 degrees.
